Seven people including two women were arrested after raids conducted by the Intelligence Branch on Thursay for running sex racket in guise of spa.
According to police sources, for several days there were reports that illegal activities were going on under the cover of three spas in house number 46 of BA block. After receiving the inputs, the police were keeping an eye on the spa.
Yesterday, acting on the tip-off, a team from police of the Bidhan Nagar detective branch raided the place. A total of seven people including two women were arrested from those three spas.
Today those arrested will be produced in Bidhan Nagar Court.
Efforts are on by the Police to look for those who are involved in running this spa.
