SC halts mosque survey orders, restricts lower courts in pending cases
The Division Bench of the Supreme Court ordered an interim stay in the counseling of 1,911 vacancies of Group D. A bench of Rishikesh Roy and Sanjay Kael gave the stay order. Orders to make CBI a party in the case. The hearing is likely in the last week of March or early April.

As the Division Bench did not stay the Single Bench judgment, the Supreme Court is unemployed.
In the 2016 OMR sheet or answer sheet corruption case, on February 10, the Calcutta High Court canceled the jobs of 1,911 Group D employees of SSC. The single bench of Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay had a strict order to immediately stop the salary of these ineligible candidates. And they can't even enter the school. The money received for salary should be returned.
The single bench of the High Court also directed to start the process of recruitment of eligible candidates in the waiting list in place of the Group D employees who lost their jobs. Challenging these orders of Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay, the 1,911 Group D workers who lost their jobs approached the Division Bench of Justice Subrata Talukder. Calcutta High Court Division Bench granted interim stay on single bench salary refund order.
As a result, 1 thousand 911 group D employees who lost their jobs do not have to return their salary immediately. However, the division bench headed by Justice Subrata Talukder did not grant any stay on the single bench's order to cancel the jobs and start a fresh recruitment process. In this situation, the order of termination of employment of 1 thousand 911 Group D employees is still in force. 1 thousand 911 group D employees of SSC who were dismissed went to the Supreme Court challenging the order of the division bench of the Calcutta High Court.
