Jammu and Kashmir hit by 5.8 magnitude earthquake, no casualties reported
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday visited United Missionary Girls High School to wish the Madhyamik students good luck with their exams. The CM was seen exchanging greetings with the students at the entrance gate and even assisted them in getting inside the school premises.
Mamata Banerjee's visit to the school was not limited to wishing the students. She also held conversations with the parents and teachers present there. This shows the commitment of the Chief Minister toward the betterment of the education system in the state.
Yesterday, Mamata Banerjee also visited several schools in her constituency Bhawanipur and talked to students. She even distributed water bottles to them. Mamata also asked student whether they were facing any difficulties.
CM Mamata Banerjee's entry inside the Missionary Girls High School campus was met with a grand welcome by the students. They were thrilled to see the Chief Minister visit their school and show her support for their academic pursuits.
