Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday launched a scathing attack on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, accusing him of becoming an "opportunist" for power and creating an anarchy-like situation in the state.
“Nitish is tied with Sonia Gandhi's Congress, Lalu Prasad's RJD for his prime ministerial ambitions. Enough of 'Aaya Ram, Gaya Ram', the door of BJP has closed for Nitish forever,” Shah said at a rally in Bihar's West Champaran district.
He claimed that Nitish had agreed to make Tejashwi Yadav the Chief Minister of Bihar and that he should announce when he intends to do so and plunge the state headlong into 'jungle paradise'.
