Ram Charan's blockbuster Magadheer is set to re-release in theaters on March 27 in honor of his birthday. The makers shared the poster on social media and announced that the 2009 film will return to theaters on actor RRR's birthday. The fantasy period drama was directed by SS Rajamouli and produced under the banner Geetha Arts. The film also stars Kajal Aggarwal and Dev Gill in pivotal roles.
The tweet read, “On the occasion of Mega Powerstar @AlwaysRamCharan Birthday! (smiling face with sunglasses emoticon). Re-release of the blockbuster hit #Magadheera in theaters (fire emoji) #MagadheeraReRelease (boom emoji).”
The official synopsis of Magadheera reads, “A warrior is reincarnated 400 years later after trying to save a princess and a kingdom, who also dies with him. Then he returns again to fight against all odds and win back his love.”
Ram Charan, who is in the United States ahead of the 2023 Academy Awards, was invited to Good Morning America in New York. The actor was harassed by fans waiting outside the venue when he arrived for the show. During the show, he spoke about the success of RRR, director SS Rajamouli and Indian cinema.
