The grand alliance leader, who was part of Nitish Kumar's cabinet, made controversial remarks against the Indian Army. Leader Surendra Yadav made these remarks while condemning the Agniveer scheme introduced by the Narendra Modi-led BJP government. He said that in the next eight years, the Indian Army will become an 'Army of Eunuchs'.
He expressed his disbelief in Agniveer's scheme and said that anyone who is the brainchild of Agniveer should be hanged. Surendra Yadav is visiting the districts of Seemanchal region regarding the Mahagathbandhan rally to be held in Purnia on February 25. In-charge minister Surendra Yadav was leading the preparations in Katihar while making the controversial comment.
He further criticized the policies of the Modi government. He said that Narendra Modi was selling tea. He attacked PM Modi and said that he was good when he was selling tea, now he is selling the whole nation. He also objected to the Agniveer plan and launched a scathing attack on the Narendra Modi-led BJP government.
Indian Army will transform into an ‘Army of Eunuchs’
He further said that the Agniveer scheme will weaken the Indian Army. In the following years, the current soldiers of the army will retire. While Agniveer retires even before they can complete their training. He then said that the Indian Army would turn into an army of eunuchs in the next eight and a half years.
