• 12,500 km of rural roads to be constructed at a cost of Rs 3,000 crore

• Financial Aid of 2 lakh for deceased fisherman's kin: One-time financial assistance of Rs 2 lakh will be given to dependent family members of a govt registered fisherman in case of death, under the Matsyajeebi Bandhu scheme, said West Bengal finance minister Chandrima Bhattacharya.

• The annual fund allocation for MLAs for local area development works Under Vidhayak Elaka Unnayan Praklp increased from Rs 60 lakh to Rs 70 lakh for the next financial year, the finance minister said.

• 350-cr Startup Fund: Rs 350-cr startup fund to extend up to Rs 5 lakh each to young entrepreneurs, said Bengal FM, Chandrima Bhattacharya 

• Agricultural Income Tax on Tea Gardens to be Waived: Agricultural income tax on tea gardens for 2023-24 and 2024-25 is to be waived, said Bengal FM, Chandrima Bhattacharya.

• Govt Announces 3 % DA for State Government Employees, Retirees: State Finance Minister Chandrima Bhattacharya has announced that Mamata Banerjee Govt will give an additional 3 percent DA for State Government Employees, Retirees. The 3 percent DA will be implemented from March

• 1.88 Crore Women to be Included in Lakshmi Bhandar Project: 1.88 crore women will be included in the Lakshmi Bhandar project, says Finance Minister Chandrima Bhattacharya.

• Stamp Duty Rebate For Home Buyers Extended till 30 September: West Bengal government had announced the extension of the stamp duty rebate till March 2023. This rebate will now be further extended till 30 September 2023
