MLA Krishna Kalyani, who joined Trinamool after winning the election on BJP ticket, revealed the reasons for changing the party while attacking BJP. He said that he won the election from BJP but he did not get respect there.
He also said that one day during a meeting at the party office in Hastings, Dilip Ghosh pointed out to him that there are some businessmen who are becoming MLAs, they need to control their pace.
BJP MLAs are gradually leaving the party. It was seen since the results of the 2018 election were announced. Suman Kanjilal joined Trinamool Congress on February 5. However, Raiganj MLA Krishna Kalyani has made an explosive claim about defection. He claimed that he switched parties because of his disagreement with Dilip Ghosh. Public Accounts Committee Chairman Krishna Kalyani has made similar allegations against the All India Vice President of BJP.
Krishna Kalyani won from Raiganj on BJP ticket. Then he joined Trinamool Congress. Now he is the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee of the Bidhan Sabha.
