Kwizdom 2.0: DPS Ruby Park, BDM International, and Shaw Public Shine in India’s glorious school quiz

Kolkata witnessed a remarkable celebration of knowledge and national pride as Kwizdom 2.0, organized by Taaza TV, concluded on a high note. The event, centered around India’s glory, saw Delhi Public School, Ruby Park emerge as the champions.

With an incredible participation of 50,000 students from 100 schools across Kolkata and Howrah, Kwizdom 2.0 was a testament to the talent and enthusiasm of young minds. The journey began with preliminary tests, culminating in a thrilling finale on December 17, 2024, at the National Library Auditorium. The semi-finals and final rounds, featuring six exceptional teams, kept the audience on the edge of their seats.

Stellar Performances and Top Honors
The competition required teamwork, with each team comprising top performers from classes 6, 7, and 8. The winners were:

Delhi Public School, Ruby Park: First Prize – Rs. 30,000
BDM International: Second Prize – Rs. 15,000
Shaw Public School: Third Prize – Rs. 9,000

Other finalists, including La Martiniere for Boys, Birla High School, and South Point High School, were applauded for their stellar performances.

Distinguished Guests and Their Words of Encouragement
The event was graced by eminent personalities, including Nakul Jalan, Vice President of Win Pens, Surendra Kr Singh, CEO of MP Birla School, Imran Zaki, President of Faces, among others. Presiding over the event was Shri Bishambhar Newar, Chairman and Editor of Chhapte Chhapte and Taaza TV.

The dignitaries lauded the participants for their exceptional knowledge and praised Kwizdom 2.0 for promoting India-centric learning and teamwork.
