Fetus found in drain of Bengal hospital, illegal abortion case suspected

On Wednesday morning, a dead fetus wrapped in plastic was discovered in a drain in the Thakurpara area of Bishnupur, Bankura. Local residents of Ward 3 first noticed the object in the drain, but it was only upon further inspection that they identified it as a fetus.
