A disturbing incident of gang rape has come to light in Bihar's Lakhisarai district, where a couple was brutally attacked by miscreants. The boyfriend was beaten up, and the girlfriend was gang-raped by two boys, while a third person made a video of the heinous crime. The video was later made viral, sparking outrage and anger in the community.
The police have taken cognizance of the viral video and arrested one accused, a resident of Barhiya. He has revealed the names of three more people involved in the crime. The police are conducting raids to arrest all the accused. The incident has raised concerns about the safety of women in society, and people are demanding strict action against the accused.
The police have identified the site of the incident as Barhiya police station area and have registered a case against all the accused. The SP has appealed to the victim girl to come forward and register her complaint, assuring her of justice and action against the accused
