An alleged attack was made on the car of Howrah District Youth Trinamool Congress (TMC) President Kailash Mishra. The attack occurred on Belur GT Road while Mishra was returning home with his wife and children after visiting the Kalighat temple for worship.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident, but the attack has raised tensions in the Belur area. Kailash Mishra, who holds a key leadership position in the Youth TMC, was reportedly targeted while traveling through the busy GT Road.
The family was unharmed, but the nature of the attack has led to a police investigation. Mishra’s car was damaged during the incident, though the exact details of how the attack unfolded are yet to be fully established.
