In a show of solidarity and strength, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav joined West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's mega Shaheed Diwas rally in Kolkata. Addressing a spirited crowd, Yadav emphasized the strong bond between leaders and workers in Bengal, hailing those who have sacrificed their lives in the fight against oppression as true martyrs of history.
"Mamata will fight alone, will win, and will grow," declared Yadav. He highlighted the shared struggle against forces attempting to sow division in the country, emphasizing that these forces would ultimately be defeated.
"The time has come for a change in the lives of the people. We all have to unite to save the Constitution and the country," Yadav proclaimed, underlining the importance of positive politics and national unity in the face of challenges.
Drawing parallels to recent political developments, Yadav predicted a downfall of the central government, describing them as transient occupants of power. He expressed confidence that the people's resilience, exemplified by Bengal and joined by Uttar Pradesh, would triumph over those desperate for power.
