Prakash Madhukar, the prime accused of the ill-fated satsang stampede, which resulted in fatality for as many as 121 people in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras is still at large. UP police meanwhile, have arrested 6 people so far, in connection with the stampede.
Two females and four males have been apprehended by the police. The police have also announced a ₹1 lakh bounty on the arrest of Madhukar.
The Uttar Pradesh government has announced a monetary relief of ₹ 2 lakh to the family members of the dead and ₹ 50,000 for those who suffered injuries.
