Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony for his third consecutive term as Prime Minister took place at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Sunday evening. The event saw a star-studded guest list, with notable attendees including Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay Kumar, Kangana Ranaut, and Rajinikanth. Akshay Kumar was among the first to arrive, mingling with politicians while dressed in a formal pink shirt and dark trousers. Vikrant Massey and filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani also made an appearance, expressing their support for the NDA government's future. Shah Rukh Khan, in a dark outfit with long hair in a ponytail, and Kangana Ranaut in a saree with statement jewelry, were also prominently present.
The ceremony, held in the Forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan, marked Modi's third term following the NDA's majority win in the recent Lok Sabha elections. Over 8,000 guests from various fields attended the event. Rajinikanth, dressed in white, spoke to the press, calling it a historic event and congratulating Modi on his achievement. Following the swearing-in, President Droupadi Murmu hosted a banquet for the dignitaries at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
