ICBI Celebrates Entrepreneurial Excellence and Empowerment at Annual Event

The International Chamber of Business & Industry (ICBI) hosted a remarkable gathering in Kolkata, showcasing innovation, empowerment, and entrepreneurial spirit. Founded by visionaries Aditya Murarka, Mahesh Kedia, and Vishnu Sureka, ICBI supports over 350 young MSME entrepreneurs dedicated to economic growth and collaboration.

The much-anticipated ICBI Annual Event & ICON Awards, held on May 11 at JW Marriott, Kolkata, was a spectacle of inspiration and achievement. The event featured the inauguration of the ICBI Women's Wing, with over 100 women entrepreneurs in attendance. This launch marked a significant step towards fostering gender inclusivity in the business world.

The centerpiece of the evening was the ICBI Icon Awards, honoring notable West Bengal heroes across various categories. Distinguished personalities such as Sri Sajjan Bhajanka, MD of Century Ply, Sri Chandra Shekhar Ghosh, MD of Bandhan Bank, Sri Prem Arup Sinha, CGM of State Bank of India, Ms. Smita Roy Chowdhury, Editor of The Telegraph, and Prof. Dr. Goutam Roy Chowdhury, Founder & Chairman of Techno India Group, were felicitated for their outstanding contributions to the business landscape.
