Addressing an election rally in Malda district, West Bengal, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee intensified her criticism against the CPI(M) and Congress, alleging that they are aiding the BJP and urged voters not to support them. Mamata reiterated that there is no alliance between TMC and these parties in Bengal, asserting that CPI(M) and Congress should not receive a single vote as they are working as allies of the BJP.
Despite being part of the Indi alliance, Mamata emphasized that her fight in Bengal is solitary, highlighting her commitment to championing the rights of the people. She criticized BJP and Congress for their lack of contribution to Bengal's development and reaffirmed her dedication to fighting for the state's interests.
In her address, Mamata Banerjee stated, "Both these parties are allies of BJP and they should not get even a single vote." She underscored her resolve by declaring, "Only Trinamool Congress is fighting and will fight. I am only fighting for the rights of the people of Bengal."Referring to her stance within the Indi alliance, Mamata clarified, "I had named and started this alliance but it was hijacked. I am definitely a part of the alliance but not in Bengal. I am fighting alone for Bengal and will support the alliance after winning." Through these remarks, Mamata reiterated her firm stance against CPI(M) and Congress while asserting her commitment to Bengal's interests.
