Controversial YouTuber and recent Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav finds himself in legal trouble as he faces 14 days of judicial custody for his purported involvement in supplying snake venom at rave parties in Noida and Gurugram. However, amidst the ongoing scrutiny of his lavish lifestyle, Elvish's parents have stepped forward to dispute claims regarding their son's ownership of opulent assets. They assert that the high-end cars, such as Porsche and Mercedes, often flaunted by Elvish in his videos, are merely borrowed from friends, with Elvish himself possessing only a Toyota Fortuner and a Wagon-R, both of which are on loan.
Additionally, Elvish's alleged claims of owning an Rs 8 crore house in Dubai have been refuted by his parents, who assert he has no property or substantial assets to his name. They highlight Elvish's earnings solely from his YouTube channel and the sale of his 'Systum' jackets online. Elvish's legal ordeal is compounded by accusations from Noida Police, alleging he supplied snake venom at rave parties not only for monetary gain but also to project an image of "swag" and disregard for the law. As one of the six accused in the snake venom case, Elvish faces charges under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, Wildlife Protection Act, and the NDPS Act.
