Half-day state mourning in Chhattisgarh as Acharya Vidyasagar Maharaj merges into Panchatattva

Jain Muni Acharya Vidyasagar Maharaj, a revered spiritual figure, merged into the Panchatattva on Chandragiri mountain in Dongargarh, Chhattisgarh, leaving behind a legacy of spiritual teachings.

Following his demise, the Chhattisgarh government declared half-day mourning, as announced by the Chief Minister's Office. The state mourns the loss of the Jain monk, and during this period, the national flag will fly at half-mast, and no state functions or events will be organized.
