Sources indicate that Kumar is likely to advocate for special packages for Bihar during the discussions with PM Modi. The meeting comes five days before the scheduled floor test for Nitish Kumar's government on February 12. Additionally, the CM is expected to address issues related to the upcoming Rajya Sabha polls in Bihar, with six seats set to become vacant on February 27.
During his visit to Delhi, Nitish Kumar is also anticipated to meet veteran BJP leader LK Advani. It is noteworthy that LK Advani will be honored with the Bharat Ratna, the country's highest civilian award. This visit marks Nitish Kumar's first since his shift from the Mahagathbandhan to form a new government with BJP support in Bihar.
