In a remarkable show of unwavering devotion, devotees at Ayodhya's Ram Lalla temple have contributed over ₹12 crore in just 10 days since the temple opened its doors to the public on January 23.
The surge in donations has been witnessed through both online and offline channels, highlighting the fervent support for this monumental project. On the consecration day of Ram Lalla on January 22, a staggering ₹3.17 crore was collected in donations as thousands offered their contributions.
Since the public opening, the Ram Temple has become a focal point for devotees, drawing a steady stream of visitors daily. The city of Ayodhya, experiencing an influx of devotees and tourists, welcomed nearly 5.76 crore visitors in 2023, showcasing a substantial increase compared to the previous year.
In light of this continued support, BJP MLAs, led by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, are scheduled to pay their respects to Ram Lalla on February 11, further emphasizing the government's commitment to the temple's cause. Meanwhile, preparations are underway for the celebration of Basant Panchami on February 14, featuring the worship of Saraswati and a cultural program.
