Following the order of a Calcutta High Court judge, CCTV cameras were installed at the house of Trinamool leader Sheikh Shahjahan. Yesterday, the High Court judge ordered that CCTV be installed in the house of Sheikh Shahjahan, the main accused in the Sandeshkhali case, to keep an eye on the activities of the people coming and going.
In the same perspective, CC cameras were installed in Sheikh Shahjahan's house last night. Sheikh Shahjahan, the main accused in the Sandeshkhali incident, following the attack on a team of ED officials on January 5 during its search at the residence of TMC leader Shahjahan Sheikh, is still out of the reach of the police. ED officials were attacked during the raid at his house. A complaint has been filed against ED officials in that incident.
