In a collaborative effort, the Delhi Police team arrived at Ecopark police station in Kolkata on Tuesday to conduct a comprehensive investigation related to Lalit Jha. Jha's residence, situated in Hela Battala of Baguihati, falls under the jurisdiction of the Ecopark Police Station. The team engaged in discussions with local police officers to coordinate their efforts.
The Delhi Police officials proceeded to the house in Baguiati where Lalit Jha resided on rent. However, upon reaching the location, they found the house locked. In collaboration with the Ecopark Police, the officials spoke with the owner of the property and subsequently broke the lock to gain entry. The decision to enter the residence was made in the belief that it might yield new information crucial to the ongoing investigation.
