On Wednesday OpenAI took to its the social media platform X and stated that it has reached an agreement in Principle for Sam Atman to return as the CEO.
Additionally, the company appointed new board members chaired by Bret Taylor and including Larry Summers, and Adam D’Angelo, the company wrote in a post on X.
Taking on X, OpenAI posted, "We have reached an agreement in principle for Sam Altman to return to OpenAI as CEO with a new initial board of Bret Taylor (Chair), Larry Summers, and Adam D'Angelo."
"We are collaborating to figure out the details. Thank you so much for your patience through this," said OpenAI in the X post.
