BJP Member of Parliament, Nishikant Dubey, has accused Trinamool Lok Sabha MP Mahua Moitra of attempting to influence Daarshan Hiranandani, a key figure in the 'cash-for-questions' controversy, after he turned approver in the case. These fresh allegations emerged following an interview where Moitra clarified that while her Parliament login had been with Hiranandani since 2019, the questions were drafted by her, with his staff assisting in typing them.
Moitra also denied claims that Hiranandani paid for the renovation of her house and referred to him as a close friend from before her time as an MP. Meanwhile, Dubey asserted that every MP is required to fill out a form pledging not to share their login credentials with anyone.
Jai Anant Dehadrai, a key figure in the controversy, expressed feeling vindicated after Moitra's interview, emphasizing that the situation illustrated why his CBI complaint led to an offer of his kidnapped dog, Henry, in exchange for withdrawing the complaint. The Lok Sabha Ethics Committee has heard the allegations brought against Mahua Moitra by Dehadrai and Nishikant Dubey. Moitra has been summoned by the panel, although she cited her constituency duties in West Bengal and postponed her appearance to after November 5. She stated that the committee had sought evidence from the complainants but found none in support of their claims.
Vindicated.

Thank you @sardesairajdeep for making it crystal-clear why my kidnapped dog Henry was being offered to me in exchange for taking back my CBI Complaint.
This is what happens when ‘quid pro quo’ becomes a way of life.
