MS Dhoni: People shouldn't remember me as a good cricketer | Read to know what he said!

Former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni, known for his outstanding cricket career and humility, shared his perspective on life in a recent video that has been widely shared on social media. During an interactive session, Dhoni was asked if his hunger for success was still alive and what is important to him in life today. In response, he stated, "Right from the start, I was not into that 'People should remember me as a good cricketer.' I have always said that 'I want to be remembered as a good human being.' If you want to be a good human being, it's a process till you die."

MS Dhoni's statement reflects his focus on character and values in addition to his cricketing achievements. He has garnered immense popularity and respect for his contributions to Indian cricket, leading the national team to victory in the 2007 T20 Cricket World Cup and the 2011 ODI Cricket World Cup. In the Indian Premier League (IPL), Dhoni has been instrumental in leading the Chennai Super Kings to five titles, including the 2023 edition.

Additionally, the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) has commemorated MS Dhoni's iconic 2011 World Cup-winning six by redesigning two seats at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The seats, part of a specially designed cabin named the "World Cup 2011 Victory Memorial Stand," feature replica trophies of the World Cup and a photograph of the Indian cricket team with the 2011 trophy in the background. These seats hold significant symbolic value for cricket fans and serve as a tribute to Dhoni's pivotal role in India's 2011 ODI World Cup victory.
