Amit Shah's vision: Transforming India's criminal justice system for the future

On National Police Memorial Day, Union Home Minister Amit Shah made a significant announcement, stating that the Central government is introducing three new laws that will transform the criminal justice system in India. Shah attended the National Police Memorial Day event and paid tribute to police personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty at the National Police Memorial in New Delhi.

During his address, Amit Shah praised the dedication of police personnel, acknowledging that their duty is one of the toughest among all those serving the country. He emphasized the importance of an alert police force for maintaining border and internal security, highlighting their role in preserving law and order, combating terrorism, and protecting the lives of citizens.

Amit Shah also discussed the upcoming changes in the criminal justice system, with three new laws set to replace the existing ones. These laws aim to reflect the essence of Indianness and protect the rights of every citizen in accordance with the country's Constitution.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah spoke about the government's commitment to reforming the criminal justice system through the introduction of three new laws. He stated that these laws, originally established during the British colonial period, will undergo substantial changes. The amendments aim to incorporate the spirit of India and uphold the rights of every citizen.

Shah also noted that India is entering a new phase, with the Prime Minister's call for "Amrit Kaal," marking the beginning of the country's journey to becoming a global leader in the 76th year of independence. The Home Minister emphasized that the collective efforts of 130 crore people will play a pivotal role in achieving this goal. He also highlighted the significant contributions of police personnel in reducing terrorism, militancy, and naxal attacks by 65% in the last year.
