No rain expected, dry weather forecasted for Kolkata and surrounding regions

No rain expected, dry weather forecasted for Kolkata and surrounding regions

The Meteorological Department released a statement on Monday indicating that no rainfall is anticipated in Kolkata and other regions of the state, including Howrah, Hooghly, North and South 24 Parganas, East and West Medinipur, and Purulia.

The recorded minimum temperature stood at 25.6 degrees Celsius, which is one degree above the normal range, while the maximum temperature reached 33.6 degrees Celsius. Over the last 24 hours, there has been no rainfall, and no precipitation is expected during the upcoming week. However, the sky remains cloudy.
