Another tragic incident of violence unfolded on Thursday evening in the Bidhan Nagar police commissionerate area, as a group of miscreants on bikes carried out a shoot-out. The target was identified as Debojyoti Ghosh, a convicted accused, who lost his life in the hail of bullets.
