Doctor's body found near foreign girlfriend's residence in Kolkata

A doctor's body was found in Kolkata. The strange thing is that he was in love with a stranger and his body was found near his residence.

Kolkata Police sources informed about this on Tuesday. It said the doctor's body was found in the early hours of Tuesday near High Rise Apartment in the Pragati Maidan police station area.

He was identified as Shubhankar Chakraborty. The doctor fell from the fifth floor of a multi-storey building at three in the morning on Tuesday. According to sources, his girlfriend, who is from Thailand, lived in this residence. After receiving the information, the police went to the spot and recovered the dead body of the doctor.

Chakraborty's house is in Bidhannagar. He is married and also has children. 

According to sources, the doctor met the woman during his trip to Thailand. The woman started living a few days ago by renting an apartment on the bypass side. Neighbors claim that the doctor started coming to their apartment a few months ago. He also said that the woman left the house every morning and returned home at night.

Police are investigating how he fell from the top floor. The possibility of murder is not ruled out. The police have already taken his girlfriend, a resident of Thailand has been taken into custody.
