SC halts mosque survey orders, restricts lower courts in pending cases
The special CBI court in Kolkata has asked to make public the list of those who got jobs illegally in the recruitment case. On Friday, the judge questioned the CBI, the central agency probing the recruitment cases, that the CBI issued a charge sheet in the name of those who took money, but where are the names of those who got jobs after paying them? He has also broken the law.
Central investigators in the recruitment case are currently on the lookout for someone more powerful than former education minister Partha Chatterjee. The CBI is hunting down powerful people by interrogating "key characters" (as they have been described by the CBI) like "Kalighat wale Kaku" alias Sujoy Krishna Bhadra. State Education Secretary Manish Jain was also called to the CBI's Kolkata headquarters at Nizam's Palace on Thursday.
According to CBI sources, Parth has said that he used to sign the file which came to him from the hands of the Education Secretary. The central probe agency is also looking for the person on whose instructions the file used to come to Parth. Meanwhile, the special CBI court also asked to make public the names of those who got jobs involved in corruption in recruitment. The special CBI court was hearing the recruitment case on Friday. Arrested in this case, Kuntal Ghosh, Tapas Mandal and Neeladri Ghosh were present in the court. The CBI has already issued a charge sheet against these three people.
The judge of the special CBI court asked whether Kuntal, Tapas and Niladri were agents. He is accused of giving jobs for money. Some people got jobs with their money. Some people did not get jobs because of the money. Those who did not get it were left without talking, but those who got the job with money, why are they not brought forward?
The CBI, did not clarify anything in its reply. The agency said we are investigating. On this, the judge said that the CBI should bring the documents related to the case on 23rd (June).
