WB Chief Secretary sought report on how grievances were settled in CM's Grievance Cell

The Chief Secretary of the state Harikrishna Dwivedi has asked all the departments of the state that how are the grievances registered in the grievance cell (grievance cell) formed by the chief minister? In a notification, the Chief Secretary has sought reports from state government departments on a total of eight issues. It also includes the case of Chief Minister's Grievance Cell.

This cell was formed by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to solve various problems of the people of the state. Since then, the chief secretary keeps track of how many complaints have been registered in this cell and how many have been resolved. The departments have been asked to submit their reports by June 15.

The report to be given to the office of the Chief Secretary must be signed by the officer in charge of the office concerned. Panchayat elections are to be held in the state this year. Lok Sabha elections are next year. However, the top officials of the secretariat do not think that this report has anything to do with the election.

Apart from the Grievance Cell, it has also been asked what is the status of all the cases pending in the court related to the departments. What steps have been taken regarding employment in various departments? The Chief Secretary's office has also been asked to report what reports have been given by higher officials on various issues after examining the situation on the ground floor. Conflicts between humans and wild animals are often reported in different forest areas. Death also occurs in such incidents. The Chief Secretary has also asked whether the concerned families have been adequately helped by the state government.

The Chief Secretary has also asked to provide information about the security audit of various departments and the steps taken to protect the properties of various departments. After this notification activation has started in all departments. After receiving the report, the Chief Secretary can hold a meeting with the concerned officers. The Chief Secretary held a review meeting with various departments last May.
