A woman was injured after four rounds were fired in the premises of Saket District Court in south Delhi by a man, disguised as a lawyer. The police have arrived at the spot and the woman has been rushed to a hospital.
Videos from the spot showed the injured woman being taken to the hospital by lawyers and people present in the court.
A senior police official said that the woman was with her advocate when the incident took place. The crime team along with the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) are inspecting the spot where the firing took place.
“An incident of firing was reported in Saket court at 10.30 am. Injured M Radha is in stable condition after sustaining two bullet injuries in the abdomen and one in the hand. She was taken to Max Saket hospital,” the Deputy Commissioner of Police said.
