Allu Arjun gets interim bail by high court in Pushpa 2 stampede case
Bihar's Environment, Forest and Climate Change Minister Tej Pratap Yadav is constantly in the headlines. He was recently threatened by Aurangabad in Bihar over phone. In this case, an FIR was registered at the city police office.
The matter became a headache for the police and after pressure from the police headquarters, the caller was arrested within 24 hours. The arrested youth has been identified as Sunil Kumar Mandal, a resident of Cama Bigha. When he was sent to judicial custody on Wednesday (April 19), he said he was the brother-in-law of the RJD MLA.
The arrested youth Sunil said he is the brother-in-law of RJD MLA Bhim Kumar Singh from Goh. He is not only an active RJD worker but his family is also close to Lalu's family. He said his father Chandradeep Mandal had given his land for the construction of the Lalu Gate, which used to provide livelihood to the entire family.
What is it really about?
Sunil said that on Monday, April 17, there was a clash between a young man and his associates at the Cama Bigha-based Hero Bike Show Room Lara Agency of minister Tej Pratap over servicing of a scooter. There was also sabotage. Following the incident, showroom manager Ajay Yadvendu of Sanjhauli police station area in Rohtas district filed an FIR on Monday in which Niranjan Kumar of Kama Bigha, Vikas Singh and four others were accused.
Called to apologize
Sunil said that after the incident, the relatives of the accused sought a settlement and apologized in the matter. He talked about it on the mobile of Minister Tej Pratap Yadav and asked everyone to forgive him. Sunil said a second FIR was then lodged against him on Tuesday, alleging that he sought threats.
Claiming he was innocent, Sunil said that he had called many people along with the MLA, but no one supported him or helped him. After the arrest, the youth Sunil was sent to judicial custody by the police.
