Two minors were found dead near Panchpara Ganga Ghat of Sankaril police station on Monday night. While the family suspects murder, the police are trying to determine how the bodies ended up there.
The victims, identified as Mohammad Lawis and Mohammad Asif, both aged between eleven and twelve, were recovered at Panchpara Ganga Ghat of Sankrail police station.
The police have initiated an investigation to uncover the cause of death and whether the victims were killed or drowned in the water. The case has taken an unusual turn as the wound in the corner of the eye has sparked further inquiry.
The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, and the Sankrail police station is investigating the incident.
