Speeding bus mows down pedestrian at MG Road more, driver flee
Former Central Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (CGPC) president Gurmukh Singh Mujhe was arrested from Mercy Hospital in Baridih where he was receiving treatment by giving a fake identity.
Mukhe, who had a dubious past, was wanted in connection with a rape case registered at the Kadma police station in November. A former CGPC president allegedly raped a woman at gunpoint at her home in Kadma. The rape was committed in front of the victim's children. The incident took place when the victim's husband was out of the country.
While lodging the FIR, the victim also took a video of the heinous crime, which led the police to charge the culprit. Since the accused was on the run. Kadma thana OC Ashok Kumar Ram confirmed Mukhe's arrest.
