Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan continues its stupendous fort at the box office and the film has been performing brilliantly at the domestic and overseas box office ever since its release with a worldwide collection of Rs,1037 crore.
The collection of the Siddharth Anand directorial surpassed that of SS Rajamouli's Baahubali 2 2 (Hindi version) to become the highest grossing Hindi film.
Pathaan collected Rs 0.77 crore nett in India on sixth Tuesday, including Rs 0.75 crore from the Hindi version and Rs 0.02 crore from all dubbed versions. Pathaan has now recorded $47.30 million in overseas territories alone and the net collection in India stands at Rs 535.48 crore, including Rs 517.05 crore from the Hindi version and Rs 18.43 crore from the dubbed versions. The film's worldwide gross was last recorded at Rs 1,023 crore.
Sharing the box office figures on his social media, trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote, “Pathaan [6. week] Fri Rs 1.05 cr, Sat Rs 2.05 cr, Sun Rs 2.55 cr, Mon R 75 cr. Total: 517.05 cr. Hindi. India's biz. Pathaan: Tamil+ Telugu [6. week] Fri Rs 2 lacs, Sat Rs 5 Lac, Sun Rs 10, Mon 2 Lacs. Total: Rs 18.43 Cr. (sic)”
He added, “Note: Pathaan: Hindi + Tamil + Telugu *combined* biz: Rs 535.48 cr. India's biz. Net BOC.”
Shah Rukh Khan is back on-screen as the male lead in Pathaan, which also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. He was last seen in Anand L Rai's 2018 film Zero and had roles in R. Madhavan's Rocketry: The Nambi Effect and Ayan Mukerji's directorial Brahmastra Part One: Shiva.
Pathaan also features Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana. The thriller is part of YRF's espionage universe, which also includes Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai and War.
